BigJ,
FYI, I have a what I believe to be a thrombosed vein encircling the top of my unit near the glans and located within the skin. I am able to move it along the shaft as I move the skin. I have had it for at least six months and even though I have not jelqed for over a month it seems to be always prone to hardening up and turning white with the slightest provocation. It recently flared up when I gave my shaft a firm squeeze upon ejaculation. My gut tells me that once acquired this condition MAY last forever.
When you take into consideration the stresses applied to the penile tissue while Peing it is likely that your vein will flare up again. I don’t want to suggest that you start again but I am afraid that is the only way to know how it will react. It may be that the vein undergoes stress every time that the penis becomes erect. If this is the case then the prognosis is not great.
Do you find that it behaves as if it has been re-injured after lengthy or intense erections?
Of course, this all depends on the fact that it actually is a thrombosed vein. I apologize but I cannot recall how you diagnosed it as a thrombosed vein?
FYI, I also have a hard vein like structure on the right side of the CC that is immobile and is only evident when partially erect. I believe that it is scar tissue from an old accident I had with an overenthusiastic, former girlfriend. It is not painful to the touch and I don’t actually know what it is but I’m going to the doctor late this week and will inquire with respect to this whole issue. If the doctor doesn’t balk at dealing with my complaint I may have some helpful news.
Later,
