Im going to read the paper you found anyway. Thanks for trying to help me really.
Maybe. But your penis still has life, and “where there’s life, there’s hope.”
I know a lot of people are recommending things you might try. I can add some things to the list, but with the caveat that my recommendations are based on hunches and not on clear science. I hope you’ll consider them, but take them with a grain of salt.
1. Bromelain. The paper I posted and other sources have shown that tissue fibrosis may be a cause of venus leaks. We have a member here (Shiver), who hasn’t posted recently but who seemed very knowledgeable about supplements. He used to recommend Bromelain to combat fibrosis, speed healing after PE, and possibly help people to keep gaining at a sustained rate. You might want to give it a try. Bromelain is a proteolytic enzyme found naturally in the stems of pineapples. If you can’t find the supplement, you might want to just add pineapple as a regular part of your diet.
2. L-Argenine. This is an amino acid, which is used by the body to create nitrous oxide, which is required for erection. It’s available as a supplement in most drug stores.
3. Fish Oil. Fish oil is believed to improve cardiovascular health and possibly to have other health benefits. Why not try it?
4. Kegel exercises. Kegels strengthen the muscles in your pelvis that help to pressurize blood in the corpora cavernosa and might help you to maintain erections. Many guys report better erections after a program of kegels, and you might, too.
5. Remove Soy. Soy products contain estrogen precursors, which can interfere with the effects of androgens in your body and may be contributing to your problem. Soy is a surprisingly large part of many people’s diets. Try eliminating it for a few weeks and see what happens.
6. Get or stay in shape. As others have said, eat high quality food and get plenty of exercise. I would recommend some weight training as well as cardio. It will make you feel great and may actually raise your testosterone, which appears to be a good thing as far as the health of the penis is concerned.
