Hi Guys about 3 days ago I was doing my routine, and as usual after manual stretching I started my jequin session for 15-20min, after that I usually do squeezes and horses, but after the jelquing my dick was exhausted and so was I, soy didn’t get to the squeezes. Any way the morning after and until today I have felt some tension on my pelvic region, I think I might have starched to hard, I haven’t done any PE since then. Any input on this will be very much appreciated.

this might sound stupid, but in addition to other things, lay of any PE activities untill the pain goes away.
