Not getting hard regularly
I can’t post in Men’s sexual health so I’ll just post it right here. I’m soon 24 and for several years I have had pretty shitty EQ, at least when I’ve heard older guys talk about what they used to have in my age. I don’t know if it is extensive porn watching, although I don’t really enjoy watching porn as it seems to fake for me, or if it is extensive masturbation (I sometimes wank just for the orgasm, even if I’m not hard. I simply get bored and being horny is too distracting). When I was a teenager I would get hard just seeing an attractive woman, nowadays I fear not being able to get hard when I have sex. Though it’s usually easier when I’m drunk. Any ideas? Am I simply masturbating too much or am I doing something else wrong?
Also, when I first started out PE, about 3 months ago, I was doing the OK-grip jelq and reverse jelq in my ignorance. Something I noticed was my EQ improving significantly and vascularity increasing immensely; I mean I saw veins I did not know I had. I’ve read that you should stay away from reverse jelqing because of the risk of damaging the valves that retains the blood but disregarding that, aren’t those quite good results? I was afraid of damaging the veins while stroking back which was one of the reasons I stopped, do you think that I was worrying for nothing?
Finally, do you have any suggestion of a manual method that could provide the same type of “pump” as the reverse jelq provided for me?
Sorry if this post is incoherent or doesn’t make sense. I just really wanted to ask this question while I still had the thought in my head. I am also probably still drunk and I haven’t slept for like 30 hours.
