I am interested in better Erections (stronger and more frequent, I nearly never have morning-erections).
So I began reading and made some notes, and also I guess this is part brainstorming, what could help.

If you know any other ways, please add. Comments to everything welcome.

So, I guess there are some possibilities:

- Older Blood Vessel operation – putting more arteries into penis
They take eg a blood vessel from your six-pack and put it towards the penis, so there goes more blood to the penis. The long term betterment is only 50% unfortunately.

My next one is 6 hours drive away, that is just too much (Erika-Köth-Straße 90, 67435 Neustadt an der Weinstraße, Germany) -> ok, then it’s better to fly to London! But still not an option because PRP is several shots.

Great idea to collect the possibilities!

My contribution to your brainstorming is:

- Manual PE
- ADS
- Pumping
- Hanging (not really sure about that)

What I am trying to say by this is that your first list contains, beside Kegels, mostly risky and heavy interventions on body anatomy or biochemistry. I suggest that the list should be compelted with risk factors and success probabilities.

Like this, the forum members have a better orientation. Sometimes the quick way is not the best one.

Well, some would say that penis enlargement methods are the risky thing.. there are some who think they got soft-glans (even when erect) because of penis enlargement methods.
And ‘moderate training’ is cited for helping erection quality.

One could also say there is 1. Stuff that was proven to work in scientific stuedies / study (eg Soundwave therapy) and 2. Stuff that was not proven this way (jelquing for erection quality).
With caveats of course: the soundwave therapy had only one study, so that’s surely not enough. And with jelquing we have our own study basically on this forum - the consensus i guess it ‘in general it helps, if you do too much it has a negative effect, and a small minority says they got injuries (or something like soft glans) from it’.

Even ‘natural’ kegels - there was one thread about here that training kegels all the time could perhaps not help erections but make the pelvic region unrelaxed and be negative towards erections.

The question for me is how good does what work + what is the cost

Take it easy with PE. if your EQ goes down, just stop PE and figure out where ya went wrong. I had this same problem using vacuum tubes, my normally great EQ went to average at best. Forget the tubes and you can pound nails again.
