I want to gain a ROCK hard erection. Input needed.
Hi guys.
I’ve been PEing for about 1.5 weeks now, every other day, My routine is:
5 mins warmup.
5 mins stretching.
200 wet jelqs.
5 min warm-down.
I do about 200 kegels a day.
I’ve realised that my flaccid size seems bigger, but from reading the forums I realise that I shouldn’t expect fast gains, but be patient and keep going.
Now my main reason to start PEing is that I seem to have an erection problem, I can gain about a 70% erection but I can’t seem to get a 100% erection for a long enough time for intercourse, so I have a floppy hard on :.
I’m 20 years old so I’m hoping that it’s not impotence, I weigh about 280 pounds, so I’m pretty fat. I also seem to have a masturbation problem, I masturbate on average 2 times a day.. Which I know is not good.
This problem has been haunting me for a while, my self esteem is shot, so I’m hoping someone out there has some advice to get me on the right track to gaining a rock hard erection. I don’t want to use viagra because I’m only 20 and hoping it’s a fixable problem. My size is currently about 6.2” X 5.2 midshaft, I really don’t care about length and width, just my erection.
I started doing more kegels lately, I’m going to aim at doing up to 500 a day, or even more, as I hear a stronger PC muscle will lead to stronger erection.
