Kyrpa's Techniques Modified With 31?
So, I’m currently on a decon, gearing up to try out Kyrpa’s stretch relaxation using ir heat instead of uv. In his program he would go 4-5 weeks of length work until BPFSL gains finished, then did some weeks of girth work to attempt to fill in the space, and turn those gains into BPEL gains.
Another user on reddit has a similar routine minus the heat, where you do 2-3 days of length work then 1 day of girth to turn those BPFSL into BPEL gains.
Do you think there is any merit in combining these methods? Maybe doing Kyrpa’s stretch relaxation for 3 days, then doing 1 day of girth work, instead of doing 4-5 weeks of only length work?
