Hey guys,

I’ve just found this website about two weeks ago. I’d like to say that this community is awesome and the moderators are extrememly helpful. I’ve never seen such encouragement and comradery in a forum. You guys rock.

I started my routine two weeks ago and am hoping for major gains one day.

I just have a few questions:

About how long does it usually take to see any gains?

I’m one of those VERY un-endowed folks…. are there any specific ways or PE that I should be focusing on for more length?

Any other advice to a super newb would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your great compliments. PE is a long-term project, and it’s good to have positive folks like yourself along for the ride.

Have you read the f.a.q. yet?
Long hours were spent putting that one together, and it contains the wisdom of some of the best and most experienced “heads” here.

In reference to your questions, this thread gives a starting point on some good exercises for length, and girth. Most guys will see good results within three months, including stronger erections.

Be patient, and consistent, and results should come. Check out the PE Database for some inspiration!

Second, everyone is different, so there is no really good gauge to predict.

Third, Hanging is well liked by some for chasing length. However, I would do the newbie routine to condition yourself before you start hanging. It is possible you could get excellent results from this alone. Then if you weigh several factors for yourself like time, money, etc… you can take an educated look at hanging or not to.

Third, I would suggest if you are small to look into an ADS.

Fourth and final, don’t overdue it and take your time. If you break your dick, you have no one to blame but yourself.

Wow thanks for the super quick responses guys. I’ve already read through this forum till my eyes bugged out. :) that includes the beginner stuff which I’m doing right now. Cool videos btw (but I feel tiny now :) Very helpful.

the ADS sounds really interesting to me. I might try it in a few months after I see how these exercises go.

I decided to finally try PE out after my ex cheated on me recently… I’m in a self improvement mood.

I would add that PEing is like bodybuilding. It take time to make gains, knowledge to know what’s working for you (every routine is different) and it takes discipline.
