totally agree. He deserve to receive a cock reduction

Just brutal.

It hurt to read and see pics of this guy’s suffering all while just trying to make himself happier with his own body. I’m so sorry man, and I hope you can recover.

This hack should be held accountable. Mutilating people while taking their money to do it sounds like a great way to make a bunch of enemies that might not feel they’ve much left to lose. That’s about as dangerous as enemies can get.

Thanks for all the prose regarding Dr. Elist’s Penuma Penis enlargement device. I consulted this site years ago and based upon the info I obtained at that time, I decided not to go with the Penuma product for two reasons: 1.) It seems the operation leaves a large scar at the site of entry. 2.) When I contacted Dr. Elist’s office, they told me that a healed patient (that is, if the operation was a success) could not use a penis pump after having the Penuma device installed in a penis. That told me that utilizing a stretching, pumping, or penis restriction (penis ring) device would be prohibited. I believe the Penuma would make the penis susceptible to penis injury. The implant would probably break, come apart, or be dislodged from the inner penis. The only substance that would hold up to this penis exercise would be a substance (an implant) becoming a part of the penis. As far as I know, the Penuma never becomes a part of the penis.

If penile exercise devices are too risky (irrespective of intensity & frequency), what makes aggressive masturbation and/or over-enthusiastic sex any safer (assuming the penis is fully healed and well ahead of the observed post-op downtime)? If you’re lucky enough to dodge any of the implant’s typical complications (infection, nerve-damage, necrosis, etc), you may still find yourself removing the implant anyways: some remove it to avoid more significant complications down the road, while others remove it because of the implant’s inherent “dildo” effect (the dildo-like protrusions on the shaft’s skin being both “unnatural” and/or “painful”).

And as for the implant becoming part of the penis, you’re correct, it does not become “one with the tissue” and will remain a perpetual strain on your shaft for years to come. As mentioned much earlier in this topic, there is reason to believe that the implant does create a “capsule” around the implant that can remain well after the implant is removed. This capsule is a sort-of scar tissue and does in-fact increase girth. However, that’s the last way you want to attain girth!

Additional info can be found through my signature’s link if you wish to dig deeper on the aforementioned implant & physician.

Good luck to all!

Wow. I have Peyronie’s disease after getting reactive arthritis November 10th 2015, so far went from about 7.25 to 6.20 erect in length and over 6in in girth erect to 4.25. Flaccid most days my dick is tightened into my pelvis to the point I have almost nothing unless I need to piss it relaxes. Was considering this surgery as my cure for Peyronie’s lol but your pics scare me.

Opening up your penis or injecting anything into it is a supremely bad idea, unless it is you have an underlying medical condition that calls for it. Your fear is well-founded.

Hi Don. In your case did you have a positive experience from the Penuma implant? I see in your signature it looks like you had positive gains?

Wish I would have found these forums before I opted to do the surgery. I did searches to find separate info and reviews aside from the Elist website. Never saw these. I just now was curious to look more into it and as I am typing “Dr Elist” into the Google search bar I see that google automatically was adding “lawsuit” and “Complications”. Lawsuit caught my attention and there it was. I see the current or closed legal action against his license. And find this forum and Phalloboards. And I’m so scared reading about so many other’s horrible experiences. I feel so defeated because 2020 has just been that year along with many other people I’m sure. But then to add this. I just wanted to see if I could turn a negative into a positive this year and I fear I made it worse. And to think of the money I have spent and still may need to spend to possibly end up worse. I just don’t know. Anger hasn’t really set it in. More like disappointment and “what the heck did I just do to myself”. Currently I have 3 main concerns. On the right side of my penis a small portion of the implant seem curved and Dr Elist confirmed it to be the result of the implant being too small and the stitch coming undone causing it to have a slight fold. Now that the swelling has gone down I can feel a groove going down the top of my shaft. Like a shape of an “M” which confirms that the implant may be too small forcing the sides to go upward. He said he would need to replace it but need to wait atleast 2 months to heal before it can be replaced. He said there will be no cost because it was covered by the warranty. After reading others experiences I need to follow up and see if there are any other costs like the anesthesia. My other 2 issues are more concerning. I seem to have lost some sensation especially on the top of my shaft and have numbness. Also, sorry if TMI, but I had an unbearable urge for sexual pleasure since I’ve had no activity for almost 6 weeks. I didn’t fully masturbate, but some version of it trying not to affect the implant too much. But enough to know I was on the verge of ejaculating. However, nothing would happen. Did this for what felt like over an hour. Closest I got to ejaculation were some squirts of what seemed like cloudy urine. I freaked out and have been trying to schedule a Skype call or regular call with Dr Elist and have not been able to yet. This is when I got online and started search. I now fear the worst. Desperately searching if there have been any positive experiences at all with implant.

I need to mention that he did my procedure slightly different. Instead of cutting into the pubic area, he made an incision to my scrotum. He never discussed this with me prior. When he was describing the procedure he reiterated what was stated on the website. I thought I was lucky and thought he did this because I did mention prior to the surgery that I have a tendancy to form kheloids after surgery. But now I fee naive. Lots of my pain has been to my scrotum and there is a hard substance that I had asked about before but he said it was nothing to start applying heat. That was 3 weeks ago. Now that most of the swelling is gone and scrotum mostly back to normal size, the hard substance is still protruding and making my testis sensitive. Because of this. I was mostly bed and couch ridin the first month of recovery. I couldn’t work my full schedule. But he kept stating the same during Skype call, everything is ok and it will get better. Different people react different ways. So much for returning to normal activity within 3-5 days. So this is my story so far. Hoping to speak with him this week. But its definitely time to meet with a urologist that specializes in implants. I live in Tampa, FL if anyone has a Urologist they can refer. Thank you

The answer to scar tissue might be Bromelain!

It also increases Testosterone and maybe other hormones?
Supplemental bromelain speeds up healing and dissolves scar tissue.

~1997 age 18 I was 4.7" BPEL and somehow grew either because I wasn't done growing and or some PE work to a bit under 6 inches without measuring or noticing progress at the time. Girth has always been about 6 inches but is slowly getting larger 6.2" at widest

Current BPEL after a little work is 6.2" also, Bone pressed stretched flaccid 6.5" Will update with gains.

This is terrifying. What a terrible physician, i really hope OP took “Doctor” Elist for everything he’s worth.

Question

What pump did he have you use and do you think it’s worth it for PE?

I disagree. A decade of PhalloBoards says otherwise. And its sample size includes irrefutable photo evidence.

Edit: PhalloBoards is paygated for photo/attachment viewing, so it may appear I’m posturing for clicks, and that’s not my grind. If you PM me with a ThundersPlace account with over 100 posts, your membership is FREE, on me.

In the face of the Board of Medicine in California and numerous litigation "attempts" - it seems he’s thriving more than ever. If you wonder why anti-vaxxer clowns have a hard time trusting medicine, it’s because the role-players let us down.

Maybe those anti vaxxer crowds are smart enough to know that surgery on a perfectly healthy part of the body not only is risky but it’s just damn wrong. If you’re silly enough to think that surgery is ever needed on perfectly healthy tissue then it’s guys that believe that that create and embolden guys like Elist!
