Not an expert on the Uli Bends…. But the Uli Stretches are amazing. So I would be willing to bet there is something to this.

When I first started to try the Uli stretch it was very difficult for me and I could not hold it for more than 30 seconds. Now it is a breeze and I can hold it for a couple of minutes… I do them in the shower each morning with the hot water… ( as hot as I can take it. )

I haven’t seen any length gains since I started incorporating these, but it sure makes my dick plump and full. These together with Horse 440s are great for girth. You need to stretch, jelq, and/or hang for length.
