thoughtfulgold's Penis Enlargement as "Scheduled Trauma" theory

The 1st time I really made gains was after I had a 5 month break which happened from an accident. When that happened I changed my heating method to an infrared lamp. I would heat my penis for 10 minutes then stretch 30 sec different angles for about 2-3 sets. I did the Mandingo stretch aswell. Then I would heat up again for 10 minutes and jelq for about 8 minutes with 3 30 second squeezes. Basically I would do different things to target everything. If I had time I would edge for 10 minutes. The strangest thing is when I would edge (ONLY AFTER) jelqing, I could feel the blood almost ripping through barriers, very weird sensation but felt good. Btw, I kegel in as much blood while edging with two hands, just sliding my hands off my dick, not the regular masturbating motion. Then I would heat it up for 10 minutes and put my penis in the extender on very light traction. I wouldn’t beat my dick up. I would jelq to the point where I still had a strong erection. I wore the extender for 8 hrs. My penis would be plump, stretchy and horny very often. I did it for only 5 days and gained half an inch in length and bigger lower hang/balls.

I am currently taking another break because I got heat damage from using a worn out infrared lamp up close.

I don’t know if the infrared lamp did the magic gain, or the deconditioning break and light jelq did. I would’ve never discovered it if I would’ve never had an accident.
So cheers to me!

The common factors I find that people from almost any level experience share in common with this theory is long breaks and relatively low levels of force. While there is great purpose in scaling a routine up the effectiveness is best seen when starring low and starting fresh. A worn out penis in my opinion doesn’t gain as well. It appears your experience mirrors this in several key aspects.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Been lurking for quite some time. First time posting/replying, so I hope I’m doing this correctly, and that it’s not a stupid question.

An example of what you’re saying is to:

1. Do ~6 weeks of length exercises
2. Take 1-2 weeks off entirely
3. Do ~6 weeks of girth exercises
4. Take 1-2 weeks off entirely
5. Repeat. Theoretically, newbie gains may continue consistently-ish.

Assuming this is correct, my question is about the routines you do at the start of each ~6 week period. Say you take 1-2 weeks off entirely, and then start up manual exercises. Do you follow the newbie routine? Start out with very few reps coupled with more rest days (1 on, 2 off for a bit, then 1 on, 1 off for a bit, etc.) and work your way up? Or are we assuming that when, for example, transitioning from manual stretches to jelqs, the penis is conditioned enough to start out with something more than a newbie routine? I’m assuming this is something each person would have to tinker around with to find out for themselves, but if anyone knows that it’d help gains to do it one way or the other, I’d appreciate the input.

Thanks in advance.

Hi GrowingStronger,

There are no stupid questions and your post is pretty clear in your questions. No worries, man.

Well, while you can take it that way, I usually recommend a 2 days on, 1 day off routine for 6 weeks. During said 6 weeks you do a length day and a girth day on your 2 days on. Then after 6 weeks change your length and girth exercises up. However, doing 6 week sets of one then the other can work but I haven’t personally tested this yet. The theory does stand to reason that it shouldn’t suffer ineffectiveness when applied that way.

But before you apply this to the Newbie Routine I would ask you read this. Advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

Reason being is that my theory doesn’t need to be applied during the Newbie Routine phase. I would much rather you be diligent while applying it and learning what you can before using this in your routines.

Hi dear thoughtfulgold

In break period, what training could we do?

Could we do edging?
How about kegel?

Edging but not to excess. Kegels aren’t recommended during rest days if you ask me. I find full rest most beneficial.

This is a personal choice. You have to make that judgement.

What about watching porn or thinking about sex that causes erection?

I think PE is NOT only PE, This is a lesson to be patient and perseverance

I would recommend against watching porn. Thinking about sex is fine.

Just so happens that this somewhat covered something I just messaged you about. If I had just kept reading my question would have been answered so easily haha.

Anyways, this was some great stuff. Still siphoning through your collective thread, but I’ll definitely be adding a decon week once I figure out a permanent routine.

Starting Stats - BPFSL: 13cm, BPEL: 13.5cm

Current Stats - BPFSL: 15.4cm, BPEL: 14.6cm

All stats are pre warmup. Starting Stats taken on 8/20, restarted with those same stats 2/21 due to lack of dedication.

I like the comments under the stuff I post a lot. Often the original post only gives half the information. The other half is more of the nuts, bolts and common questions that come with any new concept. But hey, send a message if you need something. If I’m around I’ll help.

Hey thoughtfulgold, I have a question. Would you advise against doing any E.Q. Related P.E., such as, edging and kegeling, during a decon break?

The past year has a been a relatively frustrating one for me, and while I have on more than one occasion taken decon breaks, I just couldn’t break through. I’ve tried various routines over the years, most of which I’d usually give about a month to see if I’ve made any sort of evident progress, but it’s been all for naught so far.

I already plan on focusing on a light jelqing routine, escalating daily, on a 2 days on 1 day off schedule, starting at 50, adding 10 jelqs on each “on” day for a month, before I take another break.

So, would you advise against all form of PE during the decon, including E.Q. Related P.E.

First off, it may take more than a month to see gain. Simple as that. Additionally, it depends on what you’ve been doing and how long.

My basic advice is take 2 months off, with no PE of any kind if you have seen no gains in a year. Then start again and give it 6 weeks. Often when we see no gains we ramp up and actually force the penis to toughen before giving gains. So I’m unsure exactly what to say in your case other than to start fresh and give it more than a month.
