i guess you mean “moderate force” but what does “moderate” means ? For example if youu use 100% force whilst doing 30s stretches in the normal routine “moderate” would mean to use 70% force ?

I have been doing a combination of jelq, stretch, and pumping for ED for about 6 mo. After taking the time to fully read this thread, I think I may be pulling way too hard and have created a strong penis. In the 6 mo, I have ~ 5/8” length and 1/2” girth gain. No gains for the last 45 days or so. I started for EQ gains only and the growth was unexpected but nice. EQ is better but not great and Viagra is still my wife’s best friend. I usually pull right to the point of pain, back off, and hold for about 30 sec while slowly losing grip on my glans. It then slips through. I have enough force that the 30sec stretch, slip, and release is fairly consistent in all directions. I was thinking this was about right because 30sec seems to be a suggested hold length time. I rigged a Captains hanger and experimented with 3 and 6 pounds. I definitely place a lot more force than 3-6lb doing manuals.

Does that description sound like I am pulling too hard? The glans is deformed after a stretch session and I will get little purple spots on the glans that can stick around for a day or so. I have no pain after or injury but wonder if I am limiting potential length gains. If the consensus is ” too hard fool”, should I stop for some period of time? Thanks!

If your grip slips and you cant hold for more than 30 sec its a problem in your technique, it will come with practice. You should practice the V grip in a more proactive way. Use a piece of toilet paper. Dont focus on how much force you apply, time under tension is what matters, you should keep your penis stretched near or to its bpfsl.

Purple spots on the glans is a signal that you apply to much pressure, thats because you squeeze your glans in order to keep the grip. Dont ”squeeze” your glans just ”push” in the stretch direction. If the spots dont go away take 3 days off and keep your glans under warm water.

There is no need to stop just try to hold your penis stretched for longer periods of time, thats how growth comes and not by pulling with strength.

I tried the Marinera ease into the stretch technique and boy did my CC hurt today…
I probably over did it this first time.
Ill rest couple of days and resume at 60secs per stretch and do my 20 min jelq session.

My first routine was as follows:
Jelqed for 20 min, took a hot shower and then did stretches in bed, starting downward and continued clockwise from there at various angles. Total of 8-10 sets.

Ill keep reporting ba k on my gains.

I’m new to PE. My stats are; Height: 5’11” Weight:152lbs; Penis stats: Girth: 5.1” Length: NBPEL: 6.5” BPEL: 6.8”, I have downward curve about 30° which I don’t think I would want to change, it is a bit baseball bat shaped as it’s widest in mid-shaft it has diameter of 1.81” and at shaft about 1.5”, My goal is to hit NBPEL of 7.5”-8” and to expand the girth to 6”. I would like to know if you people think it is possible I read many different stories and I’m trying to get motivated but just can’t freaking believe that this isn’t more spread amongst men. Anyways I’d like to know if this goals are realistic and can be obtained only trough manual stretching and jelqing, and I’d like to get advises on manual stretching, how long do you hold a stretch and is it enough to stretch upward, downward, left, right, straight out? And how long should I jelq and stretch, how many repetitions etc. I appreciate anyone’s help and I’ll post all my results here as well photos if it works! Thanks :D

I have backed off stretching force and have focused on holding stretch longer, BPFSL is up an 1/8”.

Here is my routine after reading all this thread:

Im following what Marinera recommended with the relaxing into the stretch method.

90 sec every angle, and doin 11 sets i total.
I use a tabata app on my cel and its really cool for PE. 😎
I do 3 angles down (down, down left an right), 3 angles straight out (and sides), 3 angles up. After i finish those 9, i do 2 more stretches straight down again and stright out again. Those last 2, i try to put a little more strength but always trying to relax into it.
On weekends that i have some extra time i do some fulcrum stretches or interted Vs.

Then jelq 15min, 3-4 sec strokes using an “n” grip. This is finger pointing downward. I rapidly found that the “ok” grip loweres my EQ.

Weekends after Jelqing I slip on a gummy cock ring and do some kegels to really plump my cock, usually around 20-30 min.

I was wondering what the correlation is between manual and extender stretching. With extenders the rule appears to be anything under 2 hours per day is likely a waste of time, and the sweet spot seems to be over 4. With manual, routines are listed as 5 to 20 minutes with gains reported. I like the idea of no girth increase while gaining length and was contemplating an extender. I have a large glans in comparison to shaft and an extender appears to be suited to my anatomy. I can likely commit 2 to 4 hours most days, but don’t understand how stretching routines are so different for the 2 disciplines.

I really just need to lose weight to expose the full shaft, but it appears that my meager PE size gains were easier for me than ever trying to lose weight. Decades of failure on the weight front versus completely unexpected gains with PE have me thinking 2 years of extending might be more fruitful than dieting. It is crazy logic, I know.

When you use bodybuilding exercises as an example it actually makes allot of sense to me.

Been doing something slightly different to your upward fulcrum stretches. I pull the penis directly over the side of a tub, so 3 o’clock if that makes sense and this allows me to lock my thumb on the tub. Using it this way I can hold the stretch for 10 minutes. My flaccid is very long after this.
