Here is my routine after reading all this thread:
Im following what Marinera recommended with the relaxing into the stretch method.
90 sec every angle, and doin 11 sets i total.
I use a tabata app on my cel and its really cool for PE. 😎
I do 3 angles down (down, down left an right), 3 angles straight out (and sides), 3 angles up. After i finish those 9, i do 2 more stretches straight down again and stright out again. Those last 2, i try to put a little more strength but always trying to relax into it.
On weekends that i have some extra time i do some fulcrum stretches or interted Vs.
Then jelq 15min, 3-4 sec strokes using an “n” grip. This is finger pointing downward. I rapidly found that the “ok” grip loweres my EQ.
Weekends after Jelqing I slip on a gummy cock ring and do some kegels to really plump my cock, usually around 20-30 min.
