Using golf weights to stretch- the best fulcrum stretching I've EVER done

This is a nice idea, Wantsmore. I may try it outside the shower, maybe under heat lamp.

A possible variant to intensify the stretch (if that’s even needed) is to loop a strap through one of the golf weights and pull on it with your free hand in the direction opposite your stretch. That way you’d be stretching the tunica from two directions at the same time.

No doubt, you could attatch a strap through any of the weights, or a combination of any of the weights you desired. Although it is possible to get a pretty rocking double fulcrum going using just your hand to take the weight stack in the other direction of the stretch. For some reason I seem to get a really elongating stretch when I am stretching in the “up” position. When I do this position, I use my other hand to stretch the weight down and, *wow*- good stretch.

I think one of the reasons these show so much promise is the way that the tunica is isolated (although you can go ahead and add some lig focus in if you want to). I’m pretty convinced that at a point prior to your upper limit, the ligs are maxed out and that the rest of your gains come through work done on the CC’s, the CS, and the Tunica. I think that some of the points that ModestoMan has made as well as studying the individual testimonials bears that out.

I think one of the things that makes these so effective is the way that the stress on the shaft is narrowly and finely focused on a small portion of the shaft during each fulcruming position. You can literally feel it enlongating inside of the target area for each stretch if you’re really warmed up and paying attention during the stretch.

It also helps to keep me from being lazy because you can ratchet your dick over the weight to achieve as hard a stretch as you can handle and you can pretty easily maintain the stretch for as long as you want. Hand strength or paying focused attention to not lose your grip doesn’t even come into play- it’s a leverage thing.

I have several times started these stretches with a 4” flaccid and ended them with a 6+ inch flaccid. Beware though, you can crush your shit with these! Especially beware your first few sessions. Session number two was a joke for me. My dick was like, “what, are you kidding me? No way man, give me another day!

All I can say is wow. This looks like it could be a breakthrough. Definitely keep us posted on your progress. I just started PE, so I still have a few more months on the Newbie Routine, but I’ll definitely be keeping my eye on this exercise for in the future.

Wantsmore you are officially a genius. I have been letting my golf weights just lay around in the old PE box but they are definitely coming out to play now! Thanks I will let you know how things go.

Glad you guys are getting into these. I’m still hammering them hard and can pull some pretty unusual bpfsl measurements after doing a really good session. Really good shit.

I overdid a session the other day and got a couple days of bpfsl that was shorter than my usual ( definitely a negative PI), so I’ll reiterate again about taking it easy with these. Easy to overdo, but when you hit the sweet spot it actually seems like you can feel your dick stretching out slightly as you do them, like the fibers are kind of “seperating” or something.

I’ve also noticed that you can get a little fluid buildup as with pumping when you do these. It’s pretty slight, but gives you a great flaccid when you’re done.

I’m 7 and 5/8” bpfsl and I use 6 of these total to stretch. The weights are appx. 5/8ths of an inch “high” (the dimension on which they will be mounted on your dick when stretching).

I just discovered another little trick you can do with theses puppies. I slip on one weight and place it just under my glans.
Then I wedge my finger or thumb down inside it and form a hook under it. The finger keeps the thing in place and
you can manual stretch like mad. You can do some crazy angles and pressures without it slipping off. Works great!

I did a few sets this AM and my ligs and tunica felt like they had been hooked to a John Deer and pulled around the north forty.
After, I slipped on my PM and away to work. I’m already feeling a sore ache. Quite the little tool for a plastic covered metal ring!!!

I do these as well. I love them but, I want to throw out a warning:

If you start to get an erection, take the rings off. These rings have a clamp-like effect if you get a full blown erection, so your penis quickly gets plump. It’s quite painful to slide them off in that situation.

I was doing the stretches in the shower and started getting hard but I had five of them on (didn’t want to take them off) and I figured the erection would subside. It didn’t. The erection was a doozy and the end of my shaft and glans got very large and started getting dark. It hurt my skin a lot to pull them off.

It’s a great exercise but, as with any other PE, be careful.

Heh heh! No doubt. I think just using the rings as a stretching/fulcrum aide is such an open ended thing that there will really be no end to how they can be used. I’ll never stretch without them again. Another great idea Iguana! Off to the shower!

Since you were the first one to respond to these, I’ve always been pulling for you to get some benefit from them. Right on! I’d rather get a killer stretch for 20-30 minutes than spend 6 hours a day in a captain’s wench!

Ditto, what he said. Due to the rigidity of the rings, if you start getting aroused beyond the point of no return, APPLY SOME SOAP OR WATER BASED LUBE AND GET THEM THE FUCK OFF!!! IF you don’t, you could wind up god knows where. I myself had an event during a sexual encounter where I left one ring on the base as a kind of “uber cock ring” and wound up with the most monsterous, swollen, and priapic erection of my fucking life which caused a “discoloration event”. North of where the ring was, I got some hemosiderin staining, south of it nothing- a gauranteed coloration obviosity. Got that cleared up now, but if it had happened at age 18, and with that kind of erectile force? Fuck if I know. Dick Explosion: be afraid, be very, very afraid…

I know exactly what you are talking about man. Pretty crazy feeling how it feels like you are actually stretching your dick right in front of your eyes. I think this is key to gaining with manual stretching. If you don’t feel this when you’re stretching or are sore afterwards, you are doing something wrong.

Just for a variation try going dry and using talcum powder for a lubricant. The rings slip on and off easily but you can get a good grip on your unit.

If you’ve got PEWeights you can just put one golf ring on top of your other rings, if you don’t like the outer edge. Frankly it gives a tighter corner to the fulcrum.

After your done you can always leave the PEWeights on for an ADS. All you need to do is put on a wrap and your ready for your day, or night…..whatever!
