No doubt, you could attatch a strap through any of the weights, or a combination of any of the weights you desired. Although it is possible to get a pretty rocking double fulcrum going using just your hand to take the weight stack in the other direction of the stretch. For some reason I seem to get a really elongating stretch when I am stretching in the “up” position. When I do this position, I use my other hand to stretch the weight down and, *wow*- good stretch.

I think one of the reasons these show so much promise is the way that the tunica is isolated (although you can go ahead and add some lig focus in if you want to). I’m pretty convinced that at a point prior to your upper limit, the ligs are maxed out and that the rest of your gains come through work done on the CC’s, the CS, and the Tunica. I think that some of the points that ModestoMan has made as well as studying the individual testimonials bears that out.
I think one of the things that makes these so effective is the way that the stress on the shaft is narrowly and finely focused on a small portion of the shaft during each fulcruming position. You can literally feel it enlongating inside of the target area for each stretch if you’re really warmed up and paying attention during the stretch.
It also helps to keep me from being lazy because you can ratchet your dick over the weight to achieve as hard a stretch as you can handle and you can pretty easily maintain the stretch for as long as you want. Hand strength or paying focused attention to not lose your grip doesn’t even come into play- it’s a leverage thing.
I have several times started these stretches with a 4” flaccid and ended them with a 6+ inch flaccid. Beware though, you can crush your shit with these! Especially beware your first few sessions. Session number two was a joke for me. My dick was like, “what, are you kidding me? No way man, give me another day!
