What's the lowest effort PE method which actually works?

Honestly, if I had the time, I’d love a long jelqing session on a daily basis. And hanging for hours. If I was single and living alone that’s what I would do. No doubt.

But even if I were single (which I’m not), I still don’t have as much time as I used to do in my younger years when I did a lot of PE.

So, I’m looking for something effortless which could pay off long term.

The price of the PeniMaster seems like a small cost if it actually works.

The most comfortable and easy to apply device I ever wore was AutoExtender’s Xleeve. I could literally wear it all day long and it’s fairly stealthy.

Sadly, I think the weight might be too low for any gains even for my deconditioned penis.

If the PeniMaster would be anywhere close in comfort and ease of use I’d have my work cut out for me.

Hi, I would actually reccommend the Male Edge Pro as it delivers as much as 1200-2800 grams of traction.

It’s made out of plastic so it’s very light weight and it’s not as big/long as other strap style extenders and I can wear it while cleaning my house, like vacuuming and such.

What you would need to buy extra is just the rubber sheat that they sell, meaning it doesn’t come with the extender, but it’s made by the same company that produces both the Male Edge and the Jes extender.

I have both the Male Edge Pro and the Jes Extender Gold but prefer to wear the Male Edge 95% of the time as it’s that much more comfortable, especially with the rubber sheat on. You just put in on right behind your glands and under the strap. It’s also quite cheap to buy compared to other extenders.

I’ve also had a decent experience with the Male Edge so far and am using it as one of my primary devices. That said, one of the arms snapped at one point, but the retailer just sent a replacement left arm out for me without charge.

I struggled with the rubber strap that came with it staying put at high tension, but have just replaced that with some double sided velcro cut to the appropriate length. I use a length of gauze and cohesive bandage under the velcro strap for comfort, and haven’t had any issues with it.

Besides an ads which you can basically leave on for the whole day, everything else requires some sort of effort. The go to for me is hanging 1hr, 5 days a week.

Besides the obvious benefits of gaining length, what else do you gain?

Do you benefit from stronger erections (EQ goes up?).

Also, do you experience some girth gains?

For me extending, pumping or hanging bring me rock solid boners. Hanging and extending are right away, while when pumped it takes a little rest first to achieve the big hard boner.

I’m thinking maybe a combination of hanging and extender (Male Edge). If I had the privacy, I would no doubt hang and don’t believe I would have any problems logging 1-3 hours daily. But with a live in girlfriend (not sure I’m willing to tell her this, but maybe I should?) it can be challenging to hang enough over the course of a week.

I think the main thing is to figure out what you can do consistently for several months. Perhaps hanging is a better option in terms of results, but if you can’t do it on a regular schedule 3-5 days a week then it doesn’t matter if it is the best.

So bottom line is I think it is best to just figure out what works with your lifestyle and give it 3-6 months to see if it is enough to make gains. If you are gaining, great, keep going. If not, then back to the drawing board.

I forget the guy’s name, but there is a TP member who made gains using a vacuum attachment and a leg strap under pretty high tension while working at his standing desk from home next to his wife, who was also working from home. He got a battery pack and a Total Man heating pad and cut a hole in his pants pocket to thread the heating pad wire through so that he could get the benefits of heat while essentially doing the equivalent of a hanging session in terms of tension. I think he did an hour or two of this per day. If I remember correctly he gained quite a bit with this method and he was totally stealth the entire time.

So that may be an option. The waist belt like a Phallosan is another option that works as well seated as standing if that is your preference.

In both cases you could do high tension for the duration of a session and then lower the tension for an ADS if you wanted to log a bunch of hours of lower tension each day. Or you could try one approach or the other and see if that is enough to make progress.
