you really do not want fluid buildup while extending. It will be painful AF and you’ll slip out of the ads. Plus you’ll never get a decent pull with vac holders because the pressure achieved at decent tension will fill your glans with blisters. PAINFUL AF.

I’m struggling with this idea. On the one hand, there’s the fear of Murphy’s Law giving you a life sentence of celibacy. On the other, I’ve never worn an ADS other than a jury-rigged contraption using therabands and a cockring, so my ignorance is showing.

But in any case, honest question, why not just develop a fowfer habit?

But yes, the soft tissue is under tension 24/7. 1mm per day. Guys here would probably kill for 1mm per day. 2 inches in less than 2 months.

1mm per day is hell of a lot. But I guess if you keep the high tension full time it would derive in similar growth. I was getting around 1mm a week on normal extender routine 6 to 11 hours a day everyday. after 8 months. With this for a week, it went to 2mm in a week. Gains after that week kept on coming faster for a while then it dulled down to the usual. So it could very well work as a plateau breaker.

I love the idea of 24/7 stretching. Has anyone actually successfully made this work?

The biggest issue I see is that suction cannot be used 24/7 because the silicon sleeves don’t breathe. After some time in you need to take time out of it or the skin will die. There is also the issue that it always ends up visible. I’m fairly thin so the system is really hard to hide.

Noose systems are much less safe, causing a problem while sleeping.

It’s not actually using an extender 24/7 but keeping the dick elongated 24/7. That means ads by day, and sleeve or sheath at night. You don’t want to have your unit on an extender when sleeping. Unless you want it to drop dead, of course. Point is to keep the blood flowing through but still have it more elongated than natural. Unless you are to wake up once every 40 minutes, either ADS nor extender are to be used at bedtime.

Extending

What do you recommend as far as sleeves? Stealth is pretty much the only one I’ve found.

Finding a way to keep it extended when not stretching has been one of the biggest challenges for me.
