Thanks! I have done literally hundreds of hours of research and been borderline obsessive about my routine. If I do something, I commit and do it all the way.

LEDT is LED light therapy. I use 660nm red light and 850nm near infrared light warm up and precondition the penis. I believe this has helped to dramatically decrease my recovery time and allow me to do more PE. I’m going to create a separate thread on the topic. When I do, I’ll come back and link to it here.

Personally it would be the captains wench with a weight hanging from it, all the ones with tension bars are poor. The spring set ups give false readings. Need to be standardised. A weight is the only way to know for sure

For my use, accuracy is not important. Consistency is. If my measurement is consistently inaccurate, that’s fine with me. I’m only using the tension reading to track tension I use, not to compare to different extenders. For this purpose, the actual tension in grams is largely irrelevant.

I have a PM, but I have never tried anything else. I sanded the base to make it more comfortable, and replaced the noose with a Vac 3.

Most of my gains were just using the Vac 3, and hanging a weight equal to the tension of the PM.

Now I just use the PM if I am sitting, or to get an upwards stretch,

I think the poll would only be fair if people tried multiple ones to compare cause the number one might be just the most marketd popular one that people ahve tried.

I agree, and that’s one way of looking at it. It’s not expected that everyone or at least a lot has tried multiple extender brands. But it suffices to know which ones have affected the most number of men in a positive way. That’s another way of looking at the poll. So I hope the respondents didn’t only vote in the sole reason that it’s the one that they tried, but that they have gained and happy with the results.

And apart from LEDT, you don’t need other ways to warm up? Where did you get one? Looking forward to that thread?

I hear you. Have you consistently tried extenders before, though? I heard hangers have the effect that toughens the penis and therefore also toughens getting gains unless you increase the weight.

Look into the Penimaster Pro. In my opinion, the glans chamber is far superior to anything else on the market. It holds the glans with what they call “positive locking fit.” It uses a small amount of suction as well as adhesion and a bit of force to secure the glans. I’m not doing a great job of describing it, but you’ll see what I mean if you do some research. Other extenders either use some sort of strap or a lot more suction.

Hey lifestyle, this is a very useful comment, thanks for taking time to share your experience and tips. I guess Penimaster Pro is worth considering, I will let you know if I have any doubts or questions with this one.
