I don’t think the principle is different. It’s stretching the dick. One pulls your skin back, the other doesn’t. And the angle may differ, but the principle is stretching the dick. You can hang for 8 hours straight and maybe have incredible results in a relatively low amount of time (Bib comes to mind), or you can extend for 8 hours straight and have my kinda gains along the years (like I did, so far). I’m now varying tensions per session, using max for 15-20 minutes per session, and that is beyond 2.5kg, and I’m getting very good results. Way better and faster than they use to come ad 12 to 16 hours daily with lower tensions. Could I be an exception? yes. But don’t think so.
