So a penimaster pro can be offer 1200 gram tension. So it’s optimal for the maximum growth…is that conclusion is correct?

If that’s so then why are we hanging 5kg (11lbs) and above? And the more important question: Why does it work if we consider that chart data as true?

Hanging it’s not the same as extending, that’s why you wear an extender for 8+ hours a day, and hang less than 2h a day. They use different principles and work differently.

I don’t think the principle is different. It’s stretching the dick. One pulls your skin back, the other doesn’t. And the angle may differ, but the principle is stretching the dick. You can hang for 8 hours straight and maybe have incredible results in a relatively low amount of time (Bib comes to mind), or you can extend for 8 hours straight and have my kinda gains along the years (like I did, so far). I’m now varying tensions per session, using max for 15-20 minutes per session, and that is beyond 2.5kg, and I’m getting very good results. Way better and faster than they use to come ad 12 to 16 hours daily with lower tensions. Could I be an exception? yes. But don’t think so.

I think extenders works by traction, who produces celular reproduction on all tissue, the other one (hanging) works by stretching and elongating the ligaments. Maybe I read inaccurate information.

Not necessarily.
That all sounds reasonable for beginners, maybe up to the first half a year or so.

But there’s plenty of guys who say they plateau and start hanging heavier to break free.

Wish I would have seen this before I started extending. Now I think I’m dealing with an injury.

What is your stretching routine? How much sets of 15-20 minutes a day/session?


Starting: 08/31/2022: BPEL 20cm/7.87" EG: 14,8cm/5,83"

Current: 12/13/2022: BPEL 20cm/7.87" EG: 15cm/5.9"

Goal: BPEL 23cm/9" EG: 16,5cm/6.5"

This makes sense to me. So by this logic I would equate my current (occasional) use of a ‘static extender’ to hanging.

I was fully compressing the springs on my pmp and stretching 1/2”-3/4” beyond that. I ended up having some issues. So after taking 2 or 3 weeks off I’m running it just tight enough to fully compress the springs. That should be around 1200 grams. Seems like I should be trying to stretch to my max flaccid stretched length. But I’m going to try this for awhile and see what happens. It sure is a lot more comfortable to wear. I used to barely be able to get through an hour. Because it would get painful at the base. That’s not an issue with the lower tension. I still only use it for a max of an hour straight. Try to get at least 3 hours per day.
