Interesting, I can kind’ve envision this but mostly when attaching the chamber I just kept everything straight out. So yes if you feel like you’re getting absolutely the most out of the vacuum and you’re still experiencing slippage then one of the adaptors might help. I used the small adapter for about a year before I grew out of it.
If I cannot seem to keep it from slipping gradually I will try the narrow adaptor. I do not believe anything will be possible to go inside with the wide adaptor attached.
60 minutes is about as long as I could ever go in one sitting, even a year into it and under the best circumstances. At that point it just always started to get a little too uncomfortable for me no matter what I did, really.
Applicable to which system: rod, belt, or both? Can you handle more time using one versus the other? I have not used the belt yet. In fact it seems slightly confusing.
Good that you figured out the rods system. In truth I really never bothered with the screws on each side either- I always left them “down” towards the base at the lowest setting because it decreased the number of variables that effected the tension. When I felt like I’d grown and needed more tension I just added one of the smallest units of the rods (or reconfigured the rods in some fashion in order to gain that extra few mm’s, I’m not sure exactly what the smallest rod’s dimension is).
That is one way to do it but really I suggest you increase the tension and use less rods to compare the efficacy and effectiveness. Initially, I used only the two largest sets of rods but it became very uncomfortable after fifty minutes then sixty minutes the second time. That was with tension at maximum. I have decided to forego the second largest set of rods and use the largest in conjunction with all other sets. The only rods I do not use at the moment are the second largest rods. Of course I maximise the tension by unscrewing both screws. The problem is the plastic base ring irritates the underside near the scrotum after fifty minutes. Also, the system is not flexible much in this configuration and thus must remain vertical mostly.
I don’t but I probably should have especially given how much heat I subjected my unit to while extending. That is also something I highly recommend by the way, some form of heat, despite you mentioning you’re not really interested in lengthening. The best sources of heat seem to be ultrasound, FIR (Far Infrared) heat pads, infrared lamps/bulbs and rice socks in that order (although using an ultrasound is a whole ‘nother beast). Obviously I don’t have to mention that using any form of heat can be very dangerous and you have to be careful but the consensus seems to be that heat can be the deciding factor in gaining versus not gaining.
Is that the purpose of the Male Care Care Oil? I am confused how it segued into heat. The aforementioned oil is a very thin oil which I presume is used for after shower for instance. I use it after shower. It is a very subtle oil and is another thing of which I purchased in quantity of six like the ProMaster Care lubricant. The oil has an inviting scent. I am not familiar with how heat is or shall be incorporated into the regimen. I know I use hot water with HydroXtreme 9.
