Using fulcrum while extending
I have what feels like a steel cord when i extend on higher tensions. I read that using a fulcrum can help with this, but most of the posts i found were about hanging.
How should i approach this when extending? I extend between 4-6 hours a day, how long should i use a fulcrum during my sets? Should i put the fulcrum above or below the penis? How often should i move it? Should the tension be the same as when extending normally or higher/lower?
I was thinking of using it maybe 5-10 minutes per hour of extending, and moving the fulcrum in different position each time. Does anyone have experience doing this?
