1 Month Progress

I have been doing PE for 1 month now and my NBPEL increased 0.2 inches! Even though I want a lot more I think its a good start, what do you think?

I used to do PE now and then but couldn’t go more than 2 weeks but since last month I’ve been doing 3 days on 1 day off. Had an injury at the end of first week and took 3 days off.
My routine is;
5 min hot towel warm-up
30 min stretching
20-30 min jelqing
End with hot towel again

A pretty normal newbie routine I guess
I also take 5 grams of arginine everyday.

I want more and more gains so I sometimes cannot control myself and try forcing it, this causes little soreness in the root of my penis on the other days, guess I should stop it.
I’ll keep this routine for 3 more months and see how it goes.

That is fantastic, good job man! 0.2 inches per month seems high, do you think a lot of that is from changes to EQ? Even half that growth rate is 1.2 inches in a year which would be extremely rare.

I am also a newbie to PE, and haven’t seen any length changes in two months (I am still really happy with EQ and slight changes in girth).

Thanks! I always had high EQ(Would say 9/10) and there was a little improvement in that area, so I think its mostly due to increase of the tissue size. Hopefully my growth rate will remain same for a while so I can enjoy newbie gains more :)

I just saw your thread and I think its a good start since you already have a decent EL imo. PE is a long road and amazing things can happen to anyone.

2nd month results = + 0.15 NBPEL ( +0.35 in total )
This month gained less than I expected, hopefully 3rd month will cover it. I think its due to the fact that I masturbated more than first month so I’ll stop masturbating as much as I can.
2nd month routine was;
5 min hot towel warm-up
36 min stretching
25-30 min jelqing
(Sometimes)10-15 min edging
End with hot towel again

Don’t know if I should change my routine any suggestions will be appreciated.

I thought your routine is excessive and too much for newbie.


Start (30 May 2017) NBPEL 12.5cm EG 11.5cm

Current: NBPEL~15cm, BP~17.8cm , EG~12.3cm

Goal: NBPEL 18cm, BP =20cm, EG 15cm

I’d say your routine is excessive but you are gaining well. Just stay with it as is. Try not to ramp up and see where you are at the 3rd month.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Well, that is really an excessive routine. But, as TFG said, keep going as long as you register growth and have no injuries.

I would maybe switch to a rhythm of 2on/2off or 3on/2off - should allow growth to cement even more as growth is happening more during rest days. So 2 consecutive days should be beneficial.

And it prevents overtraining a wee bit more, which could be, looking at your intense routine, a real risk.

Just my 2 cents, as usual.

Thanks for the advice Richard65. I really don’t want to hinder my gains so I’ll take your advice and switch it to the 3on/2off rhythm. Hopefully less will be more, really want to hit 1 inch gain as soon as possible but through your comments I understand that forcing won’t help.

Thanks for the answer. Believe me, it still is a more is more approach. Just more rest days to have more effective transformation from stimulus to results.

Makes me think to even try myself a “purist” steady 1on/2off routine for some 3 months…

Doing more stimulus is always tempting, but having more reaction is the real goal. It’s just all about finding the right individual balance between stimulus days and reaction (=growth) days.
