1652's Routine
Currently I hang for two hours a day, using a x-sleeve. Only up to five pounds, as I massage my ligs, swing the weights and use fulcrums to keep low weights effective. Leg strap (ads) as much as possible. I jelqed for two months, and have transfered over to hanging. I will be switching back to helps and sqeezes soon because gains are standing still now.
