Did you ONLY use the hanger from your screenshots? Only that, 6 months long, for 10 hours a week? Nothing else?
So the rope around your penis has to be tight around your penis, underneath your circumcision scar, correct? And should your penis be flaccid or erect whilst hanging?
Did you also increase your hanging penis size?
Again, thank you a lot for this useful information. It’s so helpful. I am so grateful, brother. If I am asking too much, you could just tell me.
I haven’t posted a picture of the bib hanger. The second picture is just an example of what hanging looks like. That one is called the “Zen hanger” by some company. I think my cheap home made version is better than the Zen Hanger.
The first picture is a drawing of my hanger. Everything is labeled in the picture.
You can find all these at Lowes or Home Depot
-You need about 6ft of rope (Not a giant thick rope, but like a very thick shoe string or even thicker) ($2-3)
-Hook carabiner ($1)
-metal clamp (1$)
-6ft Insulation tubes ($2-3) or whatever cushion/padding that you think works best for you
You can find the pipe insulation tube at the Plumbing section at Home Depot.
The cushion/padding is probably the most important part of the hanger. You must protect your penis from stress/tension from the tight rope. This is the only flaw in my cheap design…is the cushion. But it works for me
That’s it. And some light weights. Start off with 1 to 2.5 lbs and stick with it.
ALWAYS HANG WHILE FLACCID. NO ERECTION.
Yes, you must tightly fasten the rope around your shaft so the hanger doesn’t slip off. As long as you have good padding/cushion , you’ll be fine. This is also a good reason why to start with light weight, so you can know how tight you need to do and also it’s a good way of practicing.
I don’t understand your last question. Hanging focuses on length so yes my length has increased 1.125” so far.
