Morning
5 minutes hot-wrap warm up
10 x 30s stretch – straight out, left, right, down, straight up, repeat
2 x 30s tunica tug
18 minutes hand jelq
8 minutes jelqing with the Power-Jelq Device
5 minutes hot-wrap warm down
Then I wear the VacExtender 2 for about 3 or 4 hours (with 1 or 2 breaks)
In the late afternoon I do a quick secondary session:
1 minute hot-wrap warm up
1 x 30s stretch – straight out
2 minutes hand jelq
1 minute jelqing with the Power-Jelq Device
1 minute hot-wrap warm down
