Ok I will explain in a short way rather than writing my experience in a long post and making it boring.
So I’m 5.7 inches NBPEL & I’m still 7.3/7.5 BPEL Inches Nearly at max now It varies & 5.1 Inches BG & 5 MSEG Inches & nearly 5 Inches in HG, so in my experience it has been permanent for me the gains which I got through PE.
How I found out how the exercises we’re correctly performed is by experimenting it them and finding them really increasing my length & girth.
