Update i’m dropping the jelq to 10 minutes i’ll monitor that for a month and see :)
I’m also dropping 4x1 minute 4 directional stretches to 16 minutes then adding 4-5 minutes of spins and side to sides.. (So it’s still the same amount of time)
Essentially treating the 1x4 directionals as a warm up to the more advanced methods
( I know some will accuse me of not being patient but i haven’t seen gains move in 3 weeks.. eq is still great)
Would anyone here worry im not conditioned enough enough for side to sides or spinning?
And if so how much longer would you suggest waiting as the 25th of this month will be my 2 month anniversary?
I tried side to sides and spinning (3 minutes worth) after 16 minutes of regular 4 directional and i could see immediate results while under exercise (not gains)
No doubt it was 25%-15% or so longer while combining those 2.
Both jelqing and stretches are done fully flaccid.
