Just a suggestion I know you don’t want to measure yet but studies on extenders showed the best growth happened on the first month less on the second month and barely anything on the third with no further changes after the third month.Maybe you could vouch for the IPR theory if you get a chance with your experience.

I have measured and it looks like I’m gaining 0.1” per 100 hours or maybe little slower.I’m not sure how, but I have gained 0.3” in MSEG after 5 days of doing ulis, I continued this week to do them and now I’m pushing towards 5” in MSEG. During the last two years, I was constantly 4.6” in MSEG so I’m pretty sure in my measurements. I will see that theory.

I’ve seen one study that showed this and it was noted that the reason for the drop off in gains was due to the participants losing motivation. Other than that, all the other studies I found showed consistent gains even in the 6th month. I believe that gains can continue for longer than that but few studies go past 6 months. I personally have made gains even after 6 months.

One guy on Reddit had consistent gains from extending(3h x 2-3kg per day) in 18 months. His gains slowed down after one year I think, but he increased BPEL by 1.7 inches.

What I found what the number 1 help to me actually understanding was “practical JavaScript”
It is free and very good
I literally tried everything else without fully “getting it”

Thanks, I will see what it is, but I have gone thru basics and now I’m creting some projects. I have the feeling that the best way is to learn something is to make something.

From now on I’ll be using a backslash when I have to report gains because it’s easier to spot.

I have gained 0.1” in MSEG last week which is crazy, now I’m constantly measuring 5”. Only two weeks ago I was 4.625”. I’m doing ulis almost every day, but not too much, like 5 - 10 mins daily. Length is still somewhere around 7”.
