RedCommander’s Hanging with FIRe

123

Yo man, nice thread. Just my 2 cents, there are some periods where growth is evident, then some periods where it isn’t. Just keep it up and you’ll get past that plateau. ANd if that doesn’t happen for more than a month, then up your game (if you can, of course). I haven’t done FIRe, but I did hang and use extenders and pumps. Around 25 years in the business now, and the first 10 years or so yielded nothing. Not a milimetre. But upping the game and changing techniques gave me the extra length I hold now, and is still giving me more.

inicial 1996: BPEL 15cm (Margin of error +/- 0.5cm) MSEG: 14.1 cm

inicio extender (sept2012): 15,5cm BPEL /14,1cm MSEG --- Hanging: inicio: Ago 21 2022 21.0cm --- Ultima medicion: Sept 1 2022: 21.6cm BPEL x 15,1cm MSEG

Meta: 28cm BPEL x 21cm MSEG -- si, quiero tenerla mas gorda que tu vieja. jaja

what worked?

Taking a new approach.

I don’t think my internals ever really got hot enough using the IR pads unfortunately, but I have a plan.

I will buy an ultrasound device, set up pullies under my desk to hang straight out, and then apply US on the dorsal side of my septum while hanging following the routine I did in my original cycle.

Device link: https://www.ten spros.com/sound … und-dq9275.html

The only thing I’m trying to figure out is accurate temperature monitoring during the process…haven’t solved that problem yet.

Just an update: the SoundCare Plus has arrived and I will be hanging with ultrasound next week. Very excited!

Doing some digging but having trouble finding this info. Can someone confirm the recommended power for 3MHz setting? Is it 2w/cm^2 ?

I’m back at it after almost a year off. I think this counts as a solid deconditioning period.

Anyway, I’ve been spending a lot of time researching in various places and improved my tool set for my PE endeavors. I’ve added An Apex extender, which I feel is superior for this methodology because I can slowly tighten the springs over time to reach a target weight and increase in far smaller increments.

I’ve also purchased a SoundCare Plus and attempted US heating several times. Unfortunately, it just doesn’t seem to be working for me and I cannot seem to heat my shaft, even at 3MHz. I suspect that OTL hanging would probably work better as the US waves are probably just going through the tissue and need a backing/phantom of some sort. I think if I were longer OTL could be more effective but at this time, the LG vacuum cup raises the head so much that the contact area is fairly small and the friction of my skin on the vacuum cup also interferes too much with accurate weighing.

Having said all that, I have completed 3 sessions of hanging with FIRe - really I’m extending now using the Apex, so I’ll just call it EFIRe.

I’m using a TotalMan heating pad which feels pretty good, but I cannot verify that I am reaching therapeutic temperatures. I will proceed with the pad since I cannot get US to work. If anybody has some ideas for getting US to work with an extender setup, I am all ears.

I have also changed my method of measuring to improve accuracy. My new BPFSL is 7.75 and I am getting a post-BPFSL of 7.875, or 1.61% strain.

Shooting for extending every day without rest days. We’ll see how that happens in practice. I’ll be running this through May/June and then will take a 1-2 month decon.

Just a quick update: using the Apex extender seems to have been a great move and I believe it’s because I can slowly increase the tension over time rather than rapidly adding weight like with a traditional hanger; my post measurement is steadily rising.

I’m going to take a few days off as I pumped the LG chamber that I have paired with the Apex to get a better grip and ended up causing some crazy red dots on the glans. Once those go away in 3-4 days I’ll get right back at it. I am optimistic that this will be a successful cycle.

I am also clamping every other day with the Python air clamp and I could not be happier with it. Really fantastic product and I’m also optimistic that I can achieve some great girth gains with that as well.

Even though the red dots on the glans are annoying, today is a good day so far.

Awesome progress. I’m following the same protocol. Hope to see your future updates.

I have been continuing my routine but hit the same road blocks as previously with BPFSL failing to increase very early on.

I have long suspected that I have a very strong septum or steel cord as it is commonly referred to. Studying it more closely today, I am now completely sure this is the case and why I have struggled to put on any length for many years. Once I reach a certain point, strain rates approach 0 and pre-BPFSL does not move.

What I am doing is not working, so an adjustment in strategy is needed. I do not believe the TotalMan IR pad is getting my tissues to 43C or even sufficiently close enough to encourage tissue mobility.

I have a few options that I am considering but have not decided which one to go with yet:

1. Introduce a fulcrum to my extending process, use heat still (won’t hit 43 but some amount should still help), and increase weight until 2-4% strain per exercise is reached.
2. Stop using my LG hanger vacuum cup and use one of the tighter fitting ones from TotalMan so I can successfully hang OTL and attempt to hang using US again.

#1 would be far easier with the downside that I risk toughening my tissues and would require an extended decon. #2 is probably the smarter method but obviously more work.
