Road to growth
First of all, this is meant to be my personal journal but for the sake of being consistent and holding myself accountable I decided to start this thread.
I have previously done PE consistently 2 years ago with great success. My starting length was 7.25 inches BPEL and MSEG was 5.25 inches, during the 6-8 ish months that I did PE I was able to gain really well.
During my peak I had 8.0-8.25 inches BPEL and MSEG was 5.75. After this I have not done PE in 2 years, and my numbers have dropped somewhat.
Currently they are 7.6 inches BPEL and 5.5 MSEG. The first goal I have is to get back to my previous lenght which should not be that hard, I reckon 2 months of work
And ill be there and after that ill start chasin an 8.5-9 inches in BPEL I’m not worried about girth at the minute so I’m solely focusing on lenght for at least a year.
The second point in starting this was to increase EQ and reduce po*n consumption since it has become an issue the plan for this is that I only watch it when measuring BPEL every 2 weeks. The plan I have for growth is to start doing manual stretches daily 3-5 times a day in 5-10 minute sessions, and take measurement from BPSL and after I see reasonable growth there then measure BPEL.
After my initial ”muscle memory” gains slow down I plan to incorporate some hanging since I had really good gains from that in the past. I will be reporting stats here every 2 weeks
Today 12.1.2024 BPSL is 8 inches and BPEL is 7.6 inches
