The Angion Method Progress Log

Day: 21
Thumb Smash and Twiddle Hours: 17+

Current method: 3:2 PR:BE. Holding solid erection entire exercise in an open kegel position. Two 30 minutes sessions daily.

Observations: Nothing new at this time.

Gains: picking up around 0.125” on girth, this could be from increased engorgement due to increase circulation. I am not yet stating this as growth.

Other forms of PE practiced: None

Ejaculation: 1 time a day, during sex, no masturbation, only edging.

Exercise: HIIT daily, 30-45 minutes average. Weight training once a week, low rep high weight.

Diet: keto (daily sugar intake < 20 grams), avg macro 70% fat, 25% protien, 5% carb

Avg Calories: 1800 (not a surplus)

Avg Daily Salt Intake: 3,880 mg (almost 8 times greater than the recommended intake level.)

Supplements: Mag Glycinate 450 mg, One A Day Multi, Creatine 5 grams (just began cycle)

Note: Probably poor timing to begin a creatine cycle. Not real sure why I did it. Wow, that sounds thoughtless and impulsive!

Hi LittleEngine been following your progress from day 1 it has inspired me to take up the challenge myself, I find Creatine gives me extra volume below the belt although I’m highly sensitive and put on about 10lbs in a month when taking it.. Something to watch out for, aside from PE I’m interested to see a daily food schedule for you, I’ve never tried keto but want to give it a go!

Tardy to the AM Party

Start date: May 31

Current Approach:

- Two 20- to 40-minute sessions daily.
- Deviations from Janus’ protocol: Organic unrefined coconut oil, applying/massaging coconut oil to pelvic area (from lower abdomen to balls) 10 minutes before session, using a hairbrush handle to perform the downstrokes (I.e., oMooseknuckle’s technique).

Practicing other forms of PE: No. I used to pump and stretch about 10 years ago. Went from 5.125” BPEL x 4.25” MSEG to 6.75” x 5”.

Maintaining recommended diet: No, my nutrition has been a hybrid of Paleo and keto for 15 years. I used to be obese (5’11”, 230 pounds), my labs were horror stories, I got sick frequently, and I couldn’t comfortably walk 1 mile in 15 minutes. May consider modifications if progress backslides or plateaus.

Stats as of May 31: 6.25” BPEL x 4.75” MSEG. 5’11”, 183 pounds.

Gains: Haven’t measured so no quantitative data. Increased vascularity, erection quality (especially duration), fuller scrotum/testicles, compressed refractory period, intensified libido, fuller/longer flaccid hang.

Notables: Laying down works best for me to stay as relaxed as possible. I didn’t realize my tendency to kegel. Once I laid down, it was easy to relax and maintain an erection for the entire set. Markers that I am relaxed are that I am not performing kegels, my erection lasts without restimulation, and my balls are hanging low. If I can’t relax to get my balls to hang low, then I will struggle to complete a session. Using oMooseknuckle’s hand brush technique amped up Janus’ mantra of “pleasure not pain.”

What’s your reasoning here? I also just started a creatine cycle since I’m in a caloric surplus again.

Would volume below the belt be a good thing? Or do you mean lower belly fat?

I mean penis lol, it’s not a bad thing at all and it’s nothing majorly obvious, but to get a fair judgement of results from the Angion method I think creatine is a bad idea is all.

No worries there, if I hit 5 girth I can say for a fact creatine had almost nothing to do with it. If it did I would never go off of it.

Two questions.

First, whenever riding your bicycle I assume? Do you sit down on the seat. Bicycle seats in general are very dangerous for males because so much delicate tissues runs through the exposed parts of the groin. I worry about nerve damage and impingement. I have repeatedly come across males that have suffered unusual forms of damage to their sexual organs from regular bicycle riding.

Second, do you perhaps use porn to stimulate yourself? While the Angion Method is powerful, it cannot really do anything for psychogenic causes of erectile dysfunction. This is a big big concern of mine whenever I hear about gentlemen using pornography. Creatine. Creatine is a mixed bag. While I am still looking into this substance, my initial findings are perplexing. On one hand, it seems to aid capillary bed perfusion. On the other, it causes endothelial cells to begin mysteriously falling apart. Its really weird. Then again, anytime you deal with anything close to the “meat” industry, scientific papers have a very bad habit of “disappearing” if you get my drift. My personal experiences lead me towards creatine causing damage however. Any time I take it, I immediately notice an uptick in “Doctrine of Signs” indicators and then swiftly followed by hypertension. Doctrine of Signs will be a separate video in future. Super helpful.

I notice I feel itchy after eating it and my heartbeat spikes thus I did not reach my 3000 calories. Oh well…another day for learning in the PE Dojo!

Definitely starting to get a little worried seeing the arguments going on over in the main thread. Hope these can be cleared up.

Remember my EQ and morning wood troubles? I will say: after taking a single day off from AM my morning would was a good 8/10 this morning with a pretty good duration. Then later in the morning I got kind of horny and stimulated myself to pictures of my ex gf. My EQ was a good 9/10. So it looks like just a short break has made my EQ problems greatly reduced. This may point to taking rest days, at least when you’re first starting, to increase that EQ!
