VLC tugger with extender - 2000 hours

The scale arrived recently.

I seem to have been using a tension of 500-600g (it’s hard to measure). :(

I guess I am using the "minimum" necessary to get results.

I will try to increase the tension a little every week until I reach 1000g, but I don’t think I can go beyond that with the VLC with an extender.

Why couldn’t you? I have been using it at around 1200g for a few weeks, but i didnt really feel much of a stretch and also didn’t really see any results. I have now upped the tension to something around 1400-1500g and at times it can be a bit uncomfortable but my penis is already getting used to it. Idk i hope you have gains with 600g, there was a post with a graph were they determined that the best amount of traction is around 1200g but im not so sure i believe it. First of all, i personally don’t feel like much is happening at that level of traction, second, i went trough quiet a few extender progress reports and there are a lot of people who use relatively high traction (2000-3000g) and have nice gains.

You know, maybe you are right. As i said 1200g is something i can do without any discomfort, but now ive been at this 1400-1500g range and it is something that will probably take weeks to get used to. Like Today the first 2 hours were ok, but after that i started to have more discomfort. I actually took out my VAC cup and put it on, and it was so weird that i could go up to 2000g without any discomfort. I might actually switch back to the VAC cup now that i want to do a more intense stretch.

My conclusion is that the VLC is great if you want lower traction (witch might be better than higher traction even if it doesnt feel like that, who knows..) or if you have the patience and determination to wait out until your penis gets used to it. Also other than the noose style extender, nothing beats how fast you can put the VLC on or take it off.

I feel that it is pulling very strongly on the glans with VLC - which hurts (The problem is not the pain, it would be the long-term damage on the glans)

Currently, with the tension of 600g, even the last 2 hours are quite uncomfortable.

Although I remember that before I was able to load up to 2 kg with the Vacuum Cup with hanging, without problem. I’ll try to add a few hours a day with it later. Like 4 hours with 1.2 kg hanging and then 4 hours vlc

It is mentally tiring to be removing and putting the tape on the entire glans

It seems that "petechiae" is the correct word to describe damage to the glans with VLC with more tension

As far as i know petechiae are those tiny red dots, bursts blood vessels or something. I never had that with VLC, i only got those from using too much pressure with the bathmate.
For me, i usually get a little edema on the glans were the VLC is touching it, and sometimes on part of the foreskin, but so far i had no real issues. The edema goes away in a few minutes or if i get an erection, and other than a small blood blister i didnt have any injuries or damage to my glans in almost 400 hours of VLC use.

Are you sure you got the right size VLC? And are you placing it on correctly, have you tried experimenting with different positions? I know every dick is different, but 600g is such a low traction i dont think you should have any discomfort.

That’s a good question. When I ordered it they had me send pictures. But that was about 3 years ago so buying a new one could be an alternative to try.

As far as I can see, the problem is the frenulum, it is in that area where the pain and adema originates (I have never had any problems outside of this.)

I think one of the reasons VLC doesn’t work as well for me with high tension is because I have excess foreskin, I don’t know. However, this month I have read a lot on the extenders, opinions are divided, but it seems that you can win with a slight tension.

Goals for may:
* I will decrease to 7 hours per day, instead of 8.
* I will add 10 minutes of manual stretching before starting the routine.
* I will also add one day of rest to the week (probably on sundays)
* The sets will be 1 hour, instead of 2.
* I will add heat: before manual stretches, then at the set #2 and #5

The question of tension is not straightforward unfortunately. I am sure you have seen that graph that was posted on here and even on the jes extender website where it claimed that the optimal tension is between 900g and 1500g. Yet if you go through peoples posts there are a ton of people who used 2000-3000g+ traction with great success. I dont think anyone really knows, its all just bro science.

You are correct, but I have also read that they win with little tension. Anyway, that’s all I can do for now :(

This month I added manual stretching, next I will add hanging, with it I can hang the necessary weight.

It has to grow, one way or another.

In September, I completed 77 more hours, bringing my total to 952 over 7 months so far.

I significantly increased the tension and decreased it to 6 hours, but I am considering giving up. I have not seen results, and using the extender drains my mental energy. I have 7 days off. The constant burning, although mild, doesn’t allow me to concentrate 100% on my tasks, which is the main problem.

I have had the Bathmate for years, and I think I will start using it. I know it is mainly for girth, but I have read many reports of gaining 1 inch in length. I only need 1 inch in length to be happy, so maybe I’ll try it that way. Also, perhaps I could use the extender for 4 hours and then 6 hours with the Bathmate.

I will also consider using a vac extender, like Total Man stuff.

So, I will rest for the rest of the month, and then I will make a decision.

I appreciate any comments or recommendations.
