Bump on penis

Hello, It’s almost 2 month I started jelqing, I was doing 20 minutes 4 day on 1 day off routine. Then I lowered it by 3 day on 1 day off.

Today after my 20 min workout I noticed something weird in my penis, there was a bump on the shaft of my penis I uploaded picture, I could get hard as rock, there was not problem with that, but why that bump appeared I have no answer, can you help me?
Is it a good sign or, did I so something wrong,?

When has a bump ever been a good sign? Take a couple days off and chill out. Also never use a penis pump if you are going too hard with manual exercises.

No I don’t, use penis pump, I only jelq, similar swelling occurred in part below my glans where circumcised line located yesterday. It went away after few hours.

My only explanation would be vein popped but there should have been blood,

Just passing through older posts. I keep getting hard with manual exercises, so during sessions I have to wait a little bit before resuming.
Is pumping dangerous in my situation?
