Considering Turkey Neck Surgery

I guess I have moderate to severe turkey neck judging by the pics I’ve seen on Dr Alters in Beverly Hills’ website for this corrective surgery. Never really took having this done seriously until recently when realizing that it seems somewhat simple and safe and also highly successful procedure, to correct a very annoying issue. I’ve done some searching in these forums but have seen anything in the past few years on this topic. Anyone had this procedure recently or are familiar with Dr Alter?
