Is This Pimple On My Shaft + Pic

I do every day warmup with hot water and then 10 minutes wet jelq with olive oil and 30 minute pumping

Is this really pimple or not and I must go to doctor !?

When I touch it, I feel like I’m touching a small spot that’s a little hard.

Looks like it may be a lymphoceles or a small rupture in a vein. Either way, you need to take a break and let it rest. Both will heal on their own. A lymphoceles is a blockage in your lymphatic system, it needs time to clear itself out. A rupture needs time to close up just the same, if it’s a rupture I would err on the side of caution and give it a good long while.

Id wait till it looks normal again then proceed very light for a while. Looks like weeks. Maybe.
