Lymphangiosclerosis or lymphocele

Got this kind of "string" after a pumping session (8 in chg 15 min, 30 second sets, to be precise), it was really soft at the beginning, but I continued to do PE and now it has became a little harder , is present when erect/semi erect and when I do a little trick of retracting the skin a few times (I’m uncut). I don’t think it’s fibrosis, it doesn’t cause me pain or loss in EQ. I was thinking of a lymphocele or lymphangiosclerosis due to the fact that it has became harder and it is present even when erect and not only after or during pumping.

I did a 12 minute session 5-7 in chg gradually, initially I tried without a sleeve, but I could see, even if slightly, a swelling like the one in the previous photo. So at minute 6 I applied a sleeve but only to cover that area (I actually think this is wrong because that area did not undergo an expansion like the lower one because of the sleeve, so something non-uniform was created.) Applying the sleeve I did not notice any pain or anything and at the end of the session I noticed little edema as always and that swelling, this sort of string had not increased in volume or in anything, I expected it to go away but it remained there. What do you think? Can I continue doing PE?
