Small hard lump when erect

Seeking suggestions please - feel pretty helpless after injury.

I have a small hard lump on the top of my shaft only when erect and hurts (mild burning pain). About the size of a grain of rice.

Seen my doctor and had a scan (flaccid) and reported no scar tissue and was advised to rest. Rest improved symptoms, however when erect (masterbation and edging) still have uncomfortable/mild burning pain only on this location, which has has been going on for month’s now. No problem in getting an erection and can have sex with lube with no problem. However really want this to get this fixed and be able to do PE again in the future.

Does this sound like nerve damage? Or something else? Not sure if anti-inflammatories could help, or more rest, or if I should see a urologist.

This is a result of doing too much PE. Used an extender too much (staying in fatigue for too long), felt sharp stabbing pain then stopped for a month. Tried starting again after a month and pretty soon had the same sharp pain again.

Could it be a lymphocele, a buildup of lymph fluid? Maybe post a pic so we can get a better sense of the issue? Or look at some of the other threads to see if one of their pics is similar to yours? Greedy has a thread a few down with a pic of a bump on his shaft.

From what I’ve read, time is your friend. You can also try heat (warm bath, heat pad, etc) and light massage to break up the blockage.

I don’t think can get a photo of it, as not really visible, as its under the skin. But can feel the small hard lump that definately wasn’t there before. Any kind of sexual activity or exercises (not involving lube) causing bit of pain for few days afterwards.

Hot baths seem to provide some temp relief. Hoping like you say that rest is what’s needed. But not sure how long? Feel like have been resting it alot and still having this issue.
