I am 24 years young but I have come to this forum because I have always been a low volume cummer

Arginine mostly helps with harder erection.

What helps the most:
1) 2-3L water daily
2) save up for ~4-5 days (minimum 2-3)
3) edging makes a bit difference too. You will never cum loads when you’re just jacking off for 5 minutes. The more times you almost cum and back off the bigger your load.
4) big lecithin dose a while you are saving up (like 4000mg/day or even more)
5) zinc also helps but not as much as 1 2 3 4

Horny Goat Weed - 1 daily
Plus drinking water too.

I can’t help you with the first part of your question but on the issue of ropes, does your boyfriend do kegels? Doing kegels over time, combined with the stack should help.

One thing you could try is as soon as he is cumming, stop jacking it off. Just let it come naturally (so purely by contractions).

Doesn’t sound like something that has to do with the stack. It sounds a bit like variocele.

It’s been about ten days since my last irgasm, and was wondering if it was a buildup that needed to be relieved.

For me personally I notice that my load buildup sweetspot is about 5 days. Anything more than that I don’t notice an increase in volume. (Sensation yes). Anything less than 5 days it’s gradually less volume.

Same for me. 3-4 days everything down there feels heavier. After that time everything goes back to normal.

I take 1 or 2 L-Argenine b4 any physical activity or sex. If neither of those are planned, I just take them in the AM.

There was a fair amount of playing around to get to that point with that stack.

I cut Swedish flower pollen, and pygeum because those two were giving me EQ problems. There was tons of precum from the pygeum and the orgasms were noticeably more intense from the Swedish flower pollen but I produce a fair precum anyway and would rather rather have a confident boner.

I also drink a lot of water on days leading up to big sex and sometimes binge on celery. It’s hard to keep the celery constant though.

Over all I’ve found that as long as I hydrate and abstain for 3/4 days that stack produces good results. As those results are usually “shared” with a partner I haven’t gotten any exact measurements.
