I too have been taking the stack for about 2 weeks now.
Pygeum
4x25mg standardized to 25% twice a day(Vitamin Shoppe Brand)200mg in total.
Zinc
1x50mg of(Finest Nutrition from Walgreen’s) 1 time a day.
Lecithin
3x1200mg twice a day(Finest Nutrition Walgreen’s brand, they have buy one get one of equal value free).
Saw Palmetto
3x160mg a day(Spring Valley from Walmart).
L-Arginine
2x500mg once a day( Recall brand from Dollar I believe).
So far slight increase in output but nothing to scream about. That being said I have noticed a difference in precum. I used to precum when excited before(wife loves seeing it ooze out and the taste). Recent session(2 days ago) I was literally, when pulling out to switch positions shooting jets of precum. Crazy!! I haven’t really hydrated as most have but I really never drank lots of water, just when I started I cut out drinking pepsi. So maybe 4-5 bottles of water throughout the course of the day. Additionally I can’t seem to abstain from a JO session here and there to build it up, may make a difference.
Wood has been much firmer once I do get in the mood, sometimes morning wood will not be denied so I go back and hit it again(wife).
I also take a Plant Viagra herb supplement 1-2 hours before sex which helps get and keep the wood. I find them locally at a convenience store from 10-11 bucks for 8 leaf shaped pills(they are mint green in color).
Just ordered another type of pygeum from Amazon, Piping Rock Ultra Standardized Pygeum 100 mg 120 Quick Release Capsules Herbal Supplement

Should be here by the weekend.
For what it’s worth the stack has increased the precum to crazy levels when I’m pumped. I’ll try once I get the new pygeum to hold off a few days and hydrate more. As for results as of now the precum part is insane!! May eventually drop the Palmetto, but also feel if it’s working don’t bother it.
Lot of luck to you guys!
