Shaved genitals are actually repulsive to me on a few levels. It makes the area look like that a prepubescent child and the texture alternates between a clammy slimy surface and stabbing sand paper. Even if an area is naturally smooth, if you shave it or wax it you remove vellus hairs and change the texture of the surface. Sex for me isn’t just about how someone looks, but the various feels. A clammy butt is a major turn off compared to the velvet feel of unshaved skin. I’ve been doing laser hair removal for a few years now. Started back and butt, then butthole, then perineum, and now I’ve had her do my shaft, scrotum, and the insides of my legs in the groin area. I have recently started waxing and really enjoy the smooth feeling it gives me. I wax my pubes in an arrow design pointing to my root, and wax the rest of me including my balls and butt. Have no problems with ingrown hairs and waxing my balls, just stretch skin tight for less pain. Let my hair grow out to about 1/8 to 1/4 inch between wax’s. That is the only thing I don’t like about, you can’t stay smooth in between sessions. I used to shave all my pubes but like the arrow better and didn’t like the stubble. The waxing seams to leave hair more soft when as it grows out. Will not go back to shaving.
