So: I recently talked with a brother and was wondering if there was a place on TP that directly covers how to increase Cum load and quality, EQ, Refractory Period, & Stamina (or body hair haha) among any other things we all would enjoy more of.

I’m on a few of the supplements in that Holy Grail vitamin stack. I did buy some new ones but haven’t needed them. Swedish pollen flower and yohimbe. I think edging was big for me. Helped with a lot of my issues I experienced in the beginning.

Aye BF thanks for the input. So I see there seems to be a great cocktail on that thread I will look at.

Do you think the edging produced most of your results or more so the combination?

I know you live edging so my question to you BF. Were there any other changes you attribute to edging.

I have heard some men swear it Helps in body hair production and lasting longer in bed. Idk though. I still have not gotten a good edging routine.

Edging helped me gauge my EQ and helped mitigate doughnutting. Remember I cockring up after pumping. I made it a routine to edge after most PE exercises, but always pumping. As for hair I have always been hairy. But it seems to increase my libido. I just think edging is a great thing to add. I like the concept of expanding the outside tissue first then pressure from internal.

I love to edge and then deny myself an ejaculation, in order to not lose semen with urine or have nightly emission, I do taoist exercise called microcosmic orbit.

It skyrockets my mood and energy and completely removes tension and heat in genital area.

Also by doing this my EQ is unbelievable, doing PE and edging for weeks without ejaculating makes me wanna fuck a bird in flight.

And basically if sex is in your mind you have no problems 😀

Very few people talk about energetic side of playing with genitals.

I am of belief that semen is invaluable and should not be wasted lightly.

Mood and motivation are multiple times better if I retain along with health and erections.

Sorry to see this question so late, it is basically focusing your attention to genital region, especially around the prostate and balls where tension accumulates while you fuck or masturbate, then you move your attention along with accumulated sexual energy to tail bone on inhale with pc/anal contraction and then moving it along the spine to the crown of the head.

Then you move attention/chi to brow region, throat, hearth, solar plexus and finish the circuit at the navel on exhale(inch or two below and inch inward actually).

You will see that immediately your dick becomes half flaccid and it is as if you have just started stimulation, this is game changer for lasting as long as you wish to and avoid blue balls when you deny yourself an ejaculation after hours of edging.

This works 100% dick doesn’t lie ever and he will clearly show you that this is the real deal.

When you send your attention and energy which you drew from genitals to the crown down along the front channel on exhale you have to put tip of your tongue on the hard palate to connect two energy channels.

This exercise is done usually by circulating energy back to genital region and doing this for few times before you store this energy at the navel, however during masturbating or sex in order to last longer you only draw it out of the genitals to the head and finish at the navel, if you circulate energy only to get it back to the genitals it defeats the purpose as you will most likely cum.

My recommendation is to watch some guided microcosmic orbit video on YouTube they are all great as there is very little room for error as it is quite simple exercise.

And very very effective, no amount of deep breathing or reverse kegels can actually remove built up energy that makes you cum, it can only postpone it and usually not for long.

Another great benefit is that it changes your whole outlook on life as all that energy that would be wasted with ejaculation is not only still inside your body but free to move around instead of being stuck in genitals.
