Hi everyone !

When i do jelqing i lost a lot of precum and after i feel tired like i lost my energy.

How i can do to prevent this precum when i do jelqing ?

I don’t know, precum is a pretty common thing when I do PE and jelq. The stimulation is sexual and I gain and lose an erection many times. Each time I get hard my body is saying “its time to ejaculate, if only you’d keep going” and every time I get flaccid my body says “damn, I thought we were gonna make a baby!? Well, I’m ready if you need me!” Precum is your body’s way of saying “I’m getting your urethra ready for perfect sperm to be released” and the precum lubricates the urethra and cleans old urine out so that there’s nothing harmful to sperm as it leaves your body. The longer I jelq and pump, the more precum is created because I consistently trick my body into thinking its ‘baby-making time’ but I don’t actually cum.

Precum should not be making you tired or lose your virility. Is the fluid coming out of you white in color or crystal clear?

Exactly how hard you do your jelqs? It seems like an overtraining issue. Stop jelqing for a week, then try to see how is your pre-cum. Bear in mind that smegma is formed mostly from water intake, so try to up your intake whie resting from the jelqs.
