1 angle for manual stretching like hanging?

I’ve seen hangers say that you need to focus on 1 angle while hanging for best benefits. The manual stretching routines I see seem to recommend all angles. I can understand this for the first 3 months while doing the newbie routine or conditioning, but is it better to focus on 1 angle like straight out or btb for best gains?

Most effective angles for manual stretching are straight down and BTB, spend the majority of your time on one or both.
