2 month and no gain
I have been doing PE and after 3 weeks maybe I had 0,1-0,15” gain. But now I have the same length and girt like 5 weeks ago. I spend a lot of time with PE, and I do as it have to. (Warmup, stretch, jelq: 80 minutes/day 5days/week) I think I am very patient, but I have no any success, I turned very unhappy. :(
