Hi Guys,

Well I’m 2 months in now, but I didn’t gain anything.
I think I’m doing it right,but then again why am I not gaining then?!

I start with a warm up
Then I stretch for about 5/10 min
Then I wet jelq, I did this for 10/20 min the first 7 weeks, now I’m at the 30 minutes
Then I warm again.. I have to say I forget to do my kegels.

For 6/7 weeks I almost always got the red dots,but they were gone the next day.
So I think I pull/jelq it hard enough. Now I don’t see them anymore.
I jelq with an overhand grip down words and straight ahead between my legs, as I’m sitting on the tip of the sofa.

The latest change is now, that the tip of the skin, what goes over my glans feels a little irritated.
It itches a little I noticed, don’t know what this could mean.. It doesn’t show any signs of blisters or something.

After the jelq the glans (near pee hole) is red looks a little irritated as well).

And the skin at the top, I think you call it a turkey neck.. Is full and looks thick. This will go away in a couple of hour(s).

Maybe someone can explain if I have this right:
Kegels are I have read some were like you hold your pee
Is this the same if the penis is hard en you ‘kegel’ your penis hops op and down??
When you kegel you can see your balls go up (tugging in) I find it hard to keep it for 5 sec not the first time but when I have to do 50 or so it’s not like the first time.or don’t I just understand what the kegels are hahaha.

I have been doing some sort of pe for 2 year. I havent gainef anything to speak of. I do get better eq thats a plus. I will admit I am not consistant and I don’t do the newbie routine. For a year I did jelq 3 times a day for 5 minutes , clamp for 15 minutes a day and pull down on my balls 5 minutes a day. Out of that, my balls benifitted, they still need a little more stretching. Now I am adding wet pumping 30 minutes 5hg I have even dry pumped up to 15hg


Starting BPEL= 6.7 " EG= 6.5"

July 2016 BPEL=7" EG=6.75"

Goal NBPEL=8" x EG=7"

I’m just about in the same boat as you. It’s hard to keep the routine going when you don’t think it’s working, but honestly there’s no other way to get to your goal than to continue. Give it the three months that everyone suggests for the newbie routine. Then possibly take a short break, and at that point see where things stand. We should be able to perform more advanced exercises by then, hopefully with results : )

I think you used too much force: that’s the problem. I suggest you take 2 weeks off, then restart with a lighter routine. It would be a good idea changing exercises also: switch to erect (about 50-70% erections) dry-jelqs, starting with 25 daily, for girth, and flaccid dry-jelqs for length. Start a progress report, see how it goes. If you havent’ yet, read these threads:

Yes I will continue, only because I see a lot of guys here do gain.. So I see/know this isn’t a fairy tail.

But I’m thinking am I doing it the right way should I do something else, do I jelq hard enough etc.

Also asking myself should I quit masturbating, you keep on asking yourself so many questions just because you want to have a bigger dick hahaha..

But I’ll keep you posted, any tips more then welcome.

I think you are doing Kegel’ in the right way, sean. Kegel’ wont cause gains, anyway.

Do you suggest that dry-jelqs are better than wet-jjelqs Marinera?

For some are. :) In sean’ case, I suggested dry-jelqs because his body has probably reached (a bad) adaptation to dry-jelqs, so it makes sense starting with a sligthly different exercise.

Okay, thanks for the explanation. Are there any big differences between dry and wet-jelqs? (more than its dry and wet of course :) )

When doing dry-jelqs, the hand doesn’t slide on skin like in wet-jelqs: the hands exerts more pressure, so internals of penis are stressed more. That’s why it’s adviced to do a lower number of dry-jelqs than wet.

Thanks Marinera, I’ll just have a go to do the dry jelqs.
I have tried them but the feeling of the wet jelq was just better, because the skin does not get irritated.

I’m nearly two months in with negligible gains (I can occasionally get 0.1 inches extra BPEL). I’m experimenting with dry and wet jelqs both in a session, and it seems to be going well. Flaccid length is definetly improving.

My Dream: BPEL 8.0, EG 6.0

Two months and you already expect gains? I didn’t see anything until after 8 months. You can’t be impatient and expect 1/2 inch growth (only used 1/2 inch as an example) in 2 months. In the 60 days you have conditioned your unit and you can start thinking about longer workouts and adding a few more exercises.

I bet you have better EQ and your unit is more veiny. Those are small gains. Keep the faith and you will be rewarded in time.

This is the reason I’ve felt like I’ve gained when I actually haven’t. I notice a change in the veins and it’s almost as if my unite is ribbed now. My EQ was at almost 10 when I started, and I think that for a lot of guys, the gains they make in the beginning are due to increased EQ. Since I couldn’t really gain in this regards, I don’t expect to see results so quickly. My ligs keep my unit at a higher angle, so stretching them might change this, but overall I feel as if my tunica is the limiting factor. Any advice as to which way to go after 3 months of conditioning?
