2 Months!
So I have been doing the newbie routine for 2 months and a couple of weeks now. I slowly built myself to 300 jelqs (3-4 seconds) which takes me about 28-30 min. a 10 minutes warmup. And 10 minute stretch (8 minutes of up,down,left,right,straight out, and helicopter, and 2 minutes BTC stretch.) I have been doing that workout for a while now. What would be the next step from the newbie routine and should I still continue this routine for more than 3 months??
