I would normally suggest having a wank before sex but in your case this probably will not help. What I do now is, lots of foreplay for her and my benefit. If I stick it in straight away I will blow my load quite quickly. Then after about 10 -15 minutes of foreplay stick it in for about a minute then pull it out and carry on with a bit more other stuff but not intercourse. Then you will be more relaxed and desensitized. Then when I put it in again I can last as long as I want to.
