3 Months and I hit 6!

Just did my 3 month measure and I’m ecstatic that I my BPEL has reached slightly over 6”. Also finally saw my first girth gains at about 1/8th of an inch! So lucky to have such a great community to help get these gains :]

Great gains! Nice to see someone get these kind of results after just a few months. I’ve been on this site for a long time, but never kept doing PE consistently.I have to admit that even after doing PE for a few weeks, you can feel the difference in general. I have more time now and want to start PE seriously so hopefully I could help others one day. If you could share your routine it would be well appreciated.

Sure! Like you, I PE’d previously but never consistently. I had some minor gains, which I quickly lost in the few years I stopped. This time around I was much more dedicated… I followed the Linear Newbie Routine verbatim for the first 2 months. Then I took my pump out that I Used previously. I used this a sort of a warmup for my linear routine sessions.

When i Deviated from the linear routine in my 3rd month this is what I did…

Warm up with rice sock 5 mins
Manual Stretches each direction for 30 seconds x 2 sets
Pump 15 mins at 3-4hg with 2 rice socks, one on top one on bottom of tube.
Rice Sock warm down and massage
Jelq around 100 times
Rice sock warm down and massage

2 Days on/1 Day off

On off days, I will sometimes do some fowfers to help my flaccid hang.

I’m still basing my routine off the linear model, slowly increasing my reps with the pump/jelqs/stretches.

Im planning to Add some A/V stretches now that my 3 month newbie routine is up

Weirdest thing is when you have gained enough in flaccid length and chubbiness combined that it no longer fits in your drawers in the same configuration it once did. Tactile changes can feel more real than visual ones often. If it used to just hang there when you walked but now the damn thing craws around like a snake? Be careful that people don’t stare at you for giggling for no apparent reason.

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

Well done. There is nothing like the feeling of seeing growth gains.

I can still see the tape sitting at 6 7/8” and not completely being able to believe it.

That feeling changed my life.

I will feel similarly when I break 7” I’m quite sure!

I’d like to add don’t change a thing if you are still growing. Why change what has proven effective for you? Once you stall, then and only then would I change things a bit.

Definitely recommend this guys routine, they only thing I am adding different is I use an ads (Modified vacu extender for the ADS, just less hassles and easy on and off once you get it down) along with after the stretching session. http:// Autoextender Penis Enlargement Device (Remove space.)
