3 months of newbie routine - more girth please

I restarted my PE journey in mid to late June. I have gained decent length (measured just shy of 6.5” BPEL, up from 6”) but only gained 1/8” of girth. I am not done with wanting length but really want to start focusing on girth gains.

Current routine is newbie routine with squeezes.

Is there an exercise to add in to this that will help with girth?


Start: BPEL: 5.25" EG: ~4.5"

Current: BPEL: ~ 6.75" MSEG: ~4.75" BG: 4.825" BPFSL: 7"

Initial Goal: NBPEL: 7" EG: 5" Long Term Goal: 7.5" x 5.25-5.50"

Hey man, don’t be demotivated about your girth gains… I’m doing PE for more then 2 years and I’m not able to tell if I’ve gain girth at all. So three months 1/8 girth gain is good gain.. As I’ve said in my post, I would definitely check if the stretching doesn’t hinders your EQ. and 0,5 inches in length is a lot. So don’t try to overdo it. Read my last post in my thread. (Routine for long-“thin” guy. + newbie routine?) And try to have in mind your indicators. Iˇm not sure, but my dry jelqs provide me length gains too (or only). I found my “indicator” for the first time which is in my case bigger girth the next day morning. and try to do whatever it takes to reach it nothing more.

Girth is hard. I’ve started pumping to get the sides to expand. I’m gaining decent length gains… but girth… that’s a different story. We’ll see what happens in another 6 weeks.
