3 Months.Now what
I started the newbie routine around 3 and half months or so ago and have been sticking to it ever since. I worked up to more than minute each for about 8 or 9 different manual stretches and then jelq for about 30-35 minutes. I do slow easy warmup jelqs for the first 10 minutes then increase intensity over the next ten minutes until I’m pushing as hard as I can for the last ten. (Slow ones at the beginning help decrease spotting or injury for me I’ve found.) I do medium or slow dry jelqs because I’m uncut. I’ve recently tried to add some of the girth exercises suggested on this site, such as the plump bend and a little bit of horse 440( I think?) However, I can’t squeeze all the way down on my head yet, and I’m not really sure to implement either as far as length of time. (30 seconds?) I really haven’t seen any noticeable gains yet. Probably just a little bit of length and any girth is negligible, but I’m definitely way harder, and there’s tons of veins I never knew I had. Also, I’m pretty certain I can withstand a much greater amount of stress without injury or discomfort. I’m very frustrated after this much effort put forth, but I am hoping that this was merely a prep period for what is yet to come. If anybody could help me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. I’m primarily interested in girth but of course more length sounds cool too.
