5 months with no gain

Hi everyone, I started the newbie routine 5 months ago with nothing that shows I’ve gained. I went by the routine perfectly without cheating, so I don’t really understand why I haven’t seen the littlest gain. I would like to know if anyone else has had a problem like this and what did you do about it. Thanks.

Don’t worry, it’s all ok. Obviously you’re a hard gainer. So before any thing, think about you’re routine. Did you do all exactly and correctly? Did you maybe overdo it? Did you put too much or to less force on stretching, jelqing etc? The best thing to do is not get disappointed and depressed because of no resolutes. Just think positive, make you’re own routine or just take a now routine. We are all different and the same goes on our dicks, some times changing a different routine may help you gain. Never give up before trying every thing, I mean every exercise and there are a lot of them :D

I would’ve suggested either changing the routine by adding more time, increasing the intensity of your stretches, or doing different, more challenging exercises gradually. Your dick may have gotten used to the pressure you put on it. Just a theory.

There are a lot of factors affecting a lack of growth such as illness, improper lifestyles (sleeping too late, bad diet), wrong exercise routine, bad intensity, not minding your P.I and E.Q, not having enough rest days or having a lot and finally not being regular with the exercises.

It would really help to know how your work out looks like as well as how much do you relate to the things I mentioned above?
