6 months no gain

6 months no gain

Hi guys,

I’ve been training for 6 months however no gain in that time.

My penis is 6 inch. I need one more inch length. Please some advice for getting length.

And my 2nd question, actually I wonder.

What do we really enlarge? Penis skin, veins or etc? While the stretching what’s gaining?

My routine is quite simple. Stretching to all directions every day and jelqing twice a week.

My goal is only an inch lenght so I’ve been stretching mostly.

Can you add a little more detail. Time involved, are you using constant heat?

No, I didn’t try newbie. I’m stretching 15-30 minutes. Everyday I do. Actually I don’t have a program. When I bored stretching and twice a week jelqing because just focused to add lenght.

How long do you hold your each stretch? Also, you could stretch multiple times a day to keep the penis in a fatigued state so to speak. So it is believed that it will heal in elongated state.

I can say that I gained from the newbie routine. Was it like 1cm in 1-2 months. It was a long time ago.

Then maybe a Decon break, and have a go following the newbie routine.

Jelqing is the bread and butter of PE… plus a good dose of heat. Sounds like you’re not doing enough of both.
